Tab Trade - What Traders Should Know

Tab Trade — What It Is

TabTrade.com launched in Q1 2026. CFD broker based in Saint Lucia, regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Before this, he was a senior exec at BlackBull Markets, the FMA-regulated broker.

His background tells you something. It suggests the person running this has actually done this before. That is not a guarantee. But preferable to a random name you cannot trace.

TabTrade came out of the gate with Equinix data centre access in London. Same infrastructure institutional desks use. Most new brokers focuses on ads and sign-up promos. TabTrade led with infrastructure. Interesting choice.

Market coverage: FX, indices, gold, silver, commodities, equities, crypto, exchange-traded funds. Over 1,000 instruments. For something that launched in March 2026, that coverage is not narrow.

What You Trade On

Available: MT5, cTrader, and a browser platform. Both MT5 and cTrader from a single account. A lot of brokers only give you one or the other. Access to both is useful. Pick what suits your style.

MetaTrader 5 is the default. Complete charts, EAs, tons of scripts and indicators. If you know a MetaQuotes platform previously, you know exactly what you are getting.

cTrader is the more modern one. Cleaner order book. Smoother chart interaction. Native automated trading. A lot of traders prefer it after comparing.

Direct FIX connectivity is there for algo traders but requires the VIP account ($25,000 to open). TradingView charting is apparently in the works. That will make the platform set when it arrives.

What You Pay

Three account types: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard. Spreads from 1.0 pips. No commission. Simple. Zero deposit requirement. Suits beginners.

Edge. Raw spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Flat commission of $3.50 per side. All-in: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On liquid pairs, the actual interbank spread is often under 0.2 pips. Meaning your actual cost per trade can be below 0.5 pips. That is cheap for a broker with $0 to start. Most brokers that have spreads this tight want $500 or more to open. TabTrade requires zero deposit.

VIP. $25,000 minimum. FIX connectivity, faster fills, custom pricing. Not relevant to typical accounts. Ignore this one unless you move real size.

How Fast Are the Fills

The execution is the thing Tab Trade actually does something different. Equinix data centres. Execution below 30 milliseconds on Edge. Under 20ms on VIP. These are institutional numbers. The average platform quote hundreds of milliseconds.

Does it matter? If you trade small timeframes, absolutely. The gap between fast execution and sluggish execution is catching the move or missing it. If you swing trade, it matters less. What matters is the setup is serious. That signals what kind of broker this is.

Put together that execution speed with 0.0 pip spreads and $7 round-turn and the total package makes sense. Hardly anyone in this bracket offer execution like this.

Safety

Now, the part that matters. TabTrade is regulated by Saint Lucia's FSRA. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No FCA. No fund protection scheme. If that makes you uncomfortable, look elsewhere. Lots of FCA-regulated options out there.

However. Benjamin Boulter came from BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker. The execution setup costs real money. Dodgy operations do not pay for tier-1 data centre access. None of this guarantee anything. It should inform your assessment.

The deal: you give up tier-1 protection. What you get instead: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, $0 to start, Equinix execution. Whether that is worth it is your call.

The Bonus

Tab Trade runs a deposit bonus of up to two thousand dollars. Typical welcome offer. You put money in, TabTrade top up your balance. Standard terms apply: minimum lots traded before bonus funds can be taken out. Read the conditions before you deposit.
